The family member should clearly indicate their permission for burial in Saudi Arabia or for transportation to India. They should also clearly indicate name & Iqama number of their representative to complete formalities in Saudi Arabia. The Consent Letter/ Power of Attorney (Wakala) should be on Stamp Paper and attested by the Notary Advocate. |
