Building Registration Haj-2025

Applications are invited from Owners, Mustajirs (legally authorized lessors) or licensed Saudi service provider companies with experience of offering accommodation to Indian or other Missions, willing to rent their buildings located in Makkah to the Indian Haj Pilgrims Office to accommodate Indian Haj Pilgrims in the forthcoming Haj 2025/1446 (H). The buildings must meet the following basic criteria:

• Location: The buildings should be within a 12.5 km radius of Haram Sharif, with easy access to public transportation, including bus points in proximity for the commuting pilgrims.
• Building Age: Buildings that are not more than 25 years old at the time of application will only be considered.
• Lift Facility: For the safety and convenience of the pilgrims, the building must be equipped with automatic lifts.
• Air Conditioning: All rooms should be equipped with Air-Conditioners, and the air-conditioning units must not be older than 5 years at the time     of application.
• Preference: Preference will be given to larger buildings or a group of buildings that can accommodate more pilgrims at one location, for ease of logistics.

     3. Subsequently, the requisite documents, including original Tasreeh for Haj 2025/1446 (H) or previous original Tashreeh with documents indicating the processing for Tasreeh for the year 1446(H)/2025, Vakala - Sharia from the Saudi owners, or Nazarah (in case of Waqf properties) may then be submitted in original to the Consulate General of India, Jeddah, Tahlia Street, Behind SNB from 29-09-2024 (Sunday) onwards during all working days from 0900 to 1700 hrs.
